Chanel Quilted Leather Clutch from the 1970’s - 1980’s. This item was originally gold with red satin interior. There is not a serial number on this vintage piece since Chanel did not start putting them on until 1986. Vintage pieces this old are highly sought after!!
The leather has been conditioned, carefully dyed, and a finisher has been applied to give it a shine and to protect it. The red interior has been dyed black to cover the pen marks that were there. The zipper is in good condition, with zipper wax just applied. The original 3 C zipper pull is still attached. Grommets and a Pearl strap with chain underneath added that allows it to be shortened.
Measurements: 6.75” x 2.5” x 4.25”
The purse is pre-loved, thus why it needed to be cleaned and dyed. Please note, there is a crease along the bottom where the item has been stored. Heat can be used to reduce the crease.
